A group of seven passionate individuals came together with a shared vision: to revolutionise the care home sector. Each of us brought a wealth of experience from diverse fields, but we were united by one goal - to provide exceptional care for the elderly. Our team has extensive experience in operating care homes, navigating legal complexities, managing commercial finance, and acquiring care homes and other businesses, among other skills. This diverse expertise enables us to address every aspect of care home management and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.
Our story began in the wake of the pandemic. We were seven professionals. A highly motivated and synergistic team, we realised that together, our collective experience could make a tangible difference throughout the United Kingdom.
Our mission is clear - to provide outstanding, cost-effective care for the elderly. Imagine a network of care homes where residents feel valued and loved. That's the future we are building. The care home sector is facing significant challenges. Many owners are struggling to keep their homes afloat, leading to a decline in the quality of care provided. This is coupled with the difficulties they face when trying to sell their homes. The market is saturated with facilities that are barely getting by, leaving residents without the care and attention they deserve.
The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted these issues in the most tragic way possible. Many elderly individuals were poorly treated, neglected, and left vulnerable during the crisis. This was a wake-up call for us.
By leveraging our diverse skills and deep understanding of the market, we saw an opportunity to turn UK care homes into thriving communities. Our approach is simple yet effective: we purchase care homes and transform them into optimised establishments.

Vassily Migunov has more than 25 years of professional experience in corporate finance, having worked with global corporate and investment banks as well as international industrial groups, holding senior positions and dealing with a broad range of transactions in the areas of public and private capital, bank financing and equity markets, buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, strategic and financial advisory.
Peter is 1A Senior Business Executive with a history of success pioneering high-level strategies and driving growth. With over 30 years of industry insight, and strong entrepreneurial acumen, delivering by defining strategic direction, aligning financial and operational models and establishing robust governance frameworks.

Advisor - Providing strategic and financial analysis, investment and operational modelling, and deal structuring, in support of an entrepreneur executing a ‘Buy & Build’ strategy nationally in allied healthcare.
National Clinical Healthcare Company - Primary and Social Care, UK, 2009 to 2019
‘C’ suite executive - Responsible for financial and operational control of national clinical healthcare businesses supplying services to the NHS to drive transformation, service delivery and profitable growth.
Julian brings 25+ years' experience operating in senior executive roles, in which he drove strategic growth and efficiency across diverse operations. His career spans leadership roles from a fast-growing technology scale-up to several market-leading, multinational organisations. He has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, USA and South Africa.
He has extensive experience with fund-raising, mergers & acquisitions and strategic planning, and utilises strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach to deliver operational excellence.
Geraint Williams is a highly experienced Senior Healthcare Executive with both operational delivery and business development experience. Over the last 15 years, he has built a strong reputation for supporting companies and individual Care Homes to maximise their potential; improving the quality of care delivery; whilst simultaneously driving their profitability and value.
Geraint has worked on acquisitions, valuations and due diligence projects for multiple companies over his career and has gained a keen understanding of what makes a sale work for both the seller and the buyer. He is passionate about the result being a win-win for all involved with ethics and integrity at the heart of all his negotiations.
In Geraint's personal business career and in his mentoring and supportive roles he has ensured people understand that long-term financial success is built on operational excellence with high-quality, person-centred, and safe care forming the foundation upon which all care companies should be built. He started his career as the General Manager of a large nursing home working his way up to hold the position of Managing Director and then Chief Executive Officer. So he has truly proved himself a capable and competent operator.
Geraint started his career in the Royal Navy serving for more than 16 years in a variety of Ships and Submarines before leaving to pursue a more traditional business career about 20 years ago.
He has a Masters in Business Administration from the Open University and is committed to lifelong learning and reads or listens to dozens of books and audio-books every year
Siddhartha is a distinguished lawyer with extensive corporate and regulatory expertise. He is qualified to practice in New York and England. Siddhartha specialises in guiding clients through complex investments, mergers and acquisitions and financings across EMEA, the US and APAC. His sector expertise includes healthcare, technology and financial services, making him a pivotal advisor in navigating legal and commercial challenges in these areas. Siddhartha’s leadership in corporate and business law reflects his deep market experience and ability to deliver effective commercial and legal outcomes.
Maximilian is a tireless visionary leader from Sweden with over 12 years of experience in the medical translation industry. Throughout his career, he has provided exceptional language and communication services to the major global medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and the European Union, particularly in connection to EU healthcare procurement projects. As the driving force behind ConsidCare, Maximilian is dedicated to making a positive, long-lasting impact on healthcare across the UK and Europe, leveraging his extensive expertise and commitment to excellence.
Shiv is a strategic Finance Director with over 20 years’ experience in commercial finance & accounting across Healthcare & Life Sciences, Technology & Media, Travel & e-commerce and the Retail & FMCG sectors.
Key skills include business turnaround, finance & process transformation, people & operational management including leading & developing teams through complex environments.
Other relevant experience includes the delivery of acquisitions from due diligence & valuations, Purchase Price Accounting through to people & finance integration, and set up new company entities for the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector.
